WARNING!!!!! may cause vomiting......LOL!!

so far so good.....at this point i got both rods out of the sides of my toes. the heel and pin in my toes was last....

no pain no gain..I GUESS!!!!!

this was NOT the funnest experience of Seattle but one step closer to walking. that picture of where the doc. is using the wrenches to snap the stainless steel rod through my heel is what killed the most. i thought my heel had been smashed by a huge sledge hammer!!!
