Lately I have been thinking a lot about the M.A.N.Y blessings in our life! The Lord has really shown His hand in our lives, from the day we choose to be married for time and all eternity. I know that making the decision to get married, and doing it the way the Lord has designed for His children, has been a huge part of our life thus far. About a month after we got married Brock was accepted for a scholarship from AgriNorthwest, little did I know it would bless our lives so much. Unlike many others, we haven't had to worry about financing school. Brock has done an amazing job with his schooling. It is a huge blessing to our family. He said in high school he didn't do well and he therefore hated it, but he really enjoys his classes and does exceptionally well in them. Especially now that he is doing all his agriculture classes, he really enjoys them....that right there is a huge blessing. Enjoying his schooling!
As always, this past month things have fallen into place so perfectly. (i really don't know what we have done to be blessed with so many things working out for our family) Brock will be doing an internship this summer for Agrinorthwest in the Umatila area. He will be there every day this summer, so we wanted to be in Tri-Cities so the drive doesn't kill him. We have been looking for a while now trying to figure out where to live. Nothing seemed to be working out. I was talking to my Aunt Eileen Maxfield and told he to keep a look out for anything for us during the summer. It wasn't 2 days later she called my mom and she had found us a place. It turned out to be Tracy Gibbons' mother's house in Richland. She is going on a mission and leaves in June. We are keeping our apartment here in La Grande, because we don't want to have to search for a place this fall when we come back, so we didn't want to hall all our stuff to tri-cities for 3 1/2 months, just to pack it back up and hall it to La Grande again. Well, this place in richland is going to have everything. She is leaving it furnished, so we only have to take our own personal items!!!! This is exactly what I had been praying for. I am S.I.C.K of moving and it seems like every move I can "only take the bare essentials." It has been a little tough for me to be here in La Grande with so many things in storage back home. There isn't a week that goes by that I don't think, "oh I wish I had_________" (my stash of sunscreen was the latest one. I had couponed last year for sunscreen and have tons....in storage :( so we had to go buy some, at regular price! ugh!)
Although I am tired of packing, choosing what is "essential", and moving it all....I can't believe it is almost over (well hopefully!). Next March Brock will be DONE! That is a scary thought, because then the real life begins, with real B.I.L.L.S. But after talking to some ladies in our ward this past week, I can't believe how blessed we are. To know that Brock can go from graduating to a job with AgriNorthwest is huge. This lady here has moved 8 times in their 12 years of marriage, owned 3 homes, and thought they were settled down about 4 different times. Her hubby has changed jobs countless times and they just can't find something that feels right for them. Some people search for a job for a while after graduating from college, (if all goes according to plan) Brock can go straight to work. He is excited about this and realizes how much a blessing it was to sign up for a scholarship back in September 2007, we never realized it would bless our lives this much!
Our little family of four loves: riding dirt bikes, shooting guns, wrestling with daddy, playing "cycles xbox" going to the farm and being with family. We are so blessed to be sealed in the temple and have our family together forever. We consist of Brock (28) Emily (25) Wyatt (3) Brynlie (born sept 2012)

Family Time = Play Time
This past saturday we decided to head to Lahman Hot Springs, which is about an hour away. Well, we got there and they are closed down. Not even open for business anymore :( But it was a beautiful day, so we stopped at a park along the way. It was SO fun for Wyatt. He loved running around exploring and being free. Brock and I love being outside and this park was great because it was in the mountains, so it was extremely pretty. We had the whole park to ourselves and it was great! Such a fun family memory.
Since we were a little deprived of our Easter Sunday, we got Wyatt all ready for church this past Sunday. He is becoming such a handsome little guy! He does really well with his tie, I was nervous he would be pulling it off all day. A little funny story; we got all ready for church and even had time for pictures (very rarely happens!). We arrived to church about 8 mins early and were surprised to see an escort telling us where to park. After like 30seconds it dawned on us, we forgot it was stake conference. The escort said it was great we were so early and that we'd for sure get a good seat....uhm, ya right! We had a very tired 1 year old and we only live like 2mins from the church. It was nice to go home and let Wyatt take a little nap! (and yes, we ended up being a few minutes late the 2nd time we arrived,it's so hard to wake them from such a deep sleep!)

Easter Weekend
Easter morning, Daddy helped Wyatt find his basket. He loves his new toys! :)
The little amount of candy he did get, he clearly didn't want. He dumped it all out and wanted the rocks instead.
I have to mention. Obviously Wyatt's basket wasn't too full, so Chad kindly told Hunter that Wyatt needed an Easter Egg. Hunter was SO nice and took an egg from his own basket and gave it to Wyatt. Thanks Hunter, so glad Wyatt has older cousins to look up to for examples :)
I was so excited for Easter this year. I had been practicing with Wyatt on how to pick up the eggs and put them in the basket. I would put them around the apartment and he'd put them in the basket, so I was excited for him to do it at my mom's house on Easter....well he got S.I.C.K! He hadn't ever been sick, like throw up sick, until this past weekend. He wasn't himself all day saturday. He woke up sat night with a 102.8degree fever, and it was rough. I stayed home from church with him and he threw up. Poor guy. He never sits, like ever. And all he wanted to do was sit on my lap and cuddle. He was feeling a ton better later in the day Sunday. We had a big Easter get together and although he still wasn't himself, he did laugh and smile seeing his cousins. We did the Easter egg hunt, but I forgot to factor in being outside when we were practicing here in La Grande, and ya, he didn't care at all about the candy or eggs all over the grass. He was more interested in roaming around and looking at the other kids. Probably the main reason he didn't care about the candy was because he didn't know what it was :) We are a little protective of how much sugar he gets, so he hasn't ever had candy (desserts yes, just not candy). He is just like his daddy and even when we offer him sugar, he takes one bite and is done. He isn't really into anthing sweet. Anyway, he got worse again monday and tuesday of the following week. But was back to himself by wednesday. I am super glad he is feeling better, but I loved the cuddle time while he was sick.
