We had a final party with our friends here in La Grande. We had everyone bring Mexican dishes. I made homemade refried beans, mexican rice, and chicken tosquitos that were amazing!! Others brought fresh salsa, cafe rio burritos with lots of toppings, chicken enchiladas and a mexican ice cream dessert. Holy cow, we all agreed this was TONS better than any restaurant we have ever been to. It was all so good!
